The restaurant is newly renovated, it is always full, in summer they hire more workers.
It has been in operation for 25 years with the same owners. The owners agree to teach the new owners about 2,3, 4 weeks how everything works, to adapt to their new business.
In winter, 3 people work in the kitchen + the owner, 1 delivery person, 3 bartenders/waiters.
